Exchange & Return Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the color of the suit or would like a different design, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• The product delivered is different from the one ordered.
• The color is different from what was shown on the website.
• A different suit was delivered by mistake.
• The fabric does not match the description provided on the product page.
• The design or embroidery differs from the product images and description.

If any of the above issues occur, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Parcel Opening Policy

Please note that parcels are not allowed to be opened before payment. This policy is not related to the quality, stitching, fabric, or design of our products.

We follow this policy to protect both our customers and our business from product tampering or parcel swapping during transit. In some cases, products may be exchanged, removed, or replaced after opening, which can create issues for both the customer and our company.

However, you can shop with confidence because the complete responsibility of the product remains with us. If the delivered suit differs in color, design, fabric, or product specifications from what is shown and described on our website, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days according to our Exchange & Return Policy.
